WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF RENTAL?
Rental rates are typically for four days (Friday through Monday). Pick up and drop off is in Woodbury, MN. We allow pick up two business days (Thursday) before your event and drop off two business day (Tuesday) after your event and are flexible arranging other pick up and drop off days. This ensures items are cleaned between rentals. Inquire about longer rental periods or weekday rentals if applicable.
IS THERE A CONTRACT AND DOWN PAYMENT?
There is a rental agreement- this protects both our rights as the client and vendor and is emailed to you during booking. There is a down payment- the down payment is 50% your total rentals. This ensures we are booking items for serious renters only. The payment is applied to your total cost and is not refundable if cancellation occurs.
HOW DO I COMPLETE PAYMENT?
Venmo is our preferred payment method to avoid unnecessary transfer fees for both us and you. You will be asked to complete a deposit and final payment as noted above, including Washington County sales tax (8.3%). A 3% transaction fee will be included for those desiring to use credit card.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN RENTED ITEMS?
No! That's the beauty of renting. We clean all items between rentals. We simply ask that you care for the items as if they were your own during your rental period. If you use your own candles, we additionally ask you remove the candles, but we will clean the remaining wax.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Renters are responsible for items from time of pickup until drop-off. All items need to be protected from the weather. There is no damage deposit, but all damaged or missing items will be billed at the cost to fix or replace items up to four times the rental cost of the item.
